Associate Elders are: Elder Crystal, Elder Jackie,Elder Shonda, Elder Tara, Elder Anita, Elder Mark The Dorcas Ministry of Holy Temple Easton- Dorcas - Hebrew name - Tabitha Dorcas won the affection of the christian community by her concern for the widows and other needy people. Dorcas was the prototype first-century deaconess. Acts 9: 36-43 This Ministry is an outreach food pantry that prepares caringly and lovingly bags of groceries for families in the Lehigh Valley area and also throughout the surrounding community. For Thanksgiving, Christmas and Resurrection week ( Easter ) hot meals are prepared and served for those in our community. Gift boxes are distributed for Christmas while we also have our annual coat and clothing drive which has been such a blessing to so many needy families. Dorcas Ministry has outreach in the community were the gospel of Jesus Christ is taken to the outside while demonstrating love for the lost. This Ministry is ran by volunteers of Holy Temple.
